First and foremost, the successful candidates will need an exceptionally strong, quantifiable, proven track-record in the trade with the skills to match.
Successful management candidates will also typically have a good educational background commensurate with the requirements of the position in question.
Our packages are always very competitive and would reflect the seniority, experience and ability of the individual management candidates in question.
At the time of writing, the Company offers an excellent holiday package starting at 28 days, and increasing to 38 days after length of service. This holiday entitlement is inclusive of bank and public holidays.
We offer an excellent contributory pension scheme, which all employees are eligible to join after an initial qualifying period.
