Issuing and use of vouchers is only subject to the following terms
and conditions with which, by requesting, accepting or using our
vouchers, you agree:
- These terms and conditions are in addition to any other
applicable terms and conditions including, for example, our
standard terms and conditions of
trading;
- Offering, giving, or assessing entitlement to vouchers shall be
at our absolute sole discretion;
- Vouchers:
- can only be used by the customer or person to whom they are
issued;
- can only be used once;
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers,
discounts;
- will not be accepted if they are copied, damaged or defaced;
- are valid for 90 days from the date of issue;
- in whatever form, are issued by us and remain our property;
- have no cash redemption value;
- cannot be published, transferred, bought, sold, or in any
way traded;
- cannot be used on any account under a minimum service
agreement period, although the voucher may be credited to the
account and held ‘on account’ for services falling outside the
minimum period. In the event the no goods or services are
requested beyond this period, the Company may at its absolute
sole discretion request payment of the account;
- may not be redeemed against credit charges, any fees arising
from any breach of any agreement between us, or any other
products or services that may be excluded from time to time at
any time at our sole discretion;
- No change or credit will be given for any vouchers used in
excess of an account’s outstanding value current at the time of the
voucher being presented;
- The stated value of any voucher is inclusive of VAT at the
prevailing rate;
- Due to printing lead times, the terms and conditions appearing
on any printed document may not reflect the most recent changes. The
terms and condition appearing on our website (which are available
upon request from the Company) are the most up to date terms and
conditions;
- A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall
have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall
not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is
available apart from that Act.
