The purpose of this document is to explain the various parts of your invoice and help you to understand why each item appears.

Want to Know More about the Invoice Items Themselves?

If you’ve a query about your service, your site extinguisher-survey, our engineer’s recommendations or any products or services we’ve supplied, simply click on the appropriate links for more information. These links have the answers to the questions most commonly asked by our customers.

If the question is specific to your invoice (for example that you Don’t appear to have the correct items on your invoice), then please contact us so that we may investigate and resolve the situation.

About our Prices

We’re sure you’ll agree that our prices offer unbeatable value. Should you feel otherwise then rest easy - all of our prices are covered by our comprehensive Price Promise - we won’t be beaten on value!

Alternatively, if you feel that we’ve slipped up and somehow managed to charge you the wrong prices, then as above, please contact us so that we may investigate and resolve the situation.

What About Your Engineers Recommendations?

If our engineer made recommendations at the time of your service and site extinguisher-survey, and these could not be resolved at the time of his visit for some reason, then these will not normally appear upon the same invoice. The invoice for this will follow in due course upon the engineer’s completion of work.

Alternatively, if you’ve not yet arranged for the recommendations to be undertaken, this can be done very simply by simply signing and returning to us the letter we send. This may be returned to us by fax to speed the process. it is very important that these recommendations are followed up - click here for more details.

Beyond this, there’s simply the matter of paying the invoice and we will then automatically arrange to undertake the service again next year (or earlier if so arranged).
