More complete details can be found in the full job description. However, in brief: successful applicants for this full-time, permanent role will work at our offices in North Leeds and, after appropriate training, be involved in most aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Company.

The interesting and varied duties will include:

  • involvement in most aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Company;
  • liaising with, supporting, and assisting with the management of, our field staff;
  • dealing with customer queries;
  • handling customer complaints in a positive manner to bring about good end results where at all possible;
  • debt collection; and
  • many other tasks that help ensure the ongoing provision of a first class service.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Our detailed Person Specification for this role sets out the skills, experience, qualifications, etc. that we regards as being either essential or desirable.

In summary though, we’re looking for a professional, effective administrator with a proven track record. They should be numerate, literate, and with good PC skills.

Candidates will have effective communication skills with customers, field staff and colleagues as a ‘good fit’ in a small office team.

Pay & Benefits

The package offered is highly competitive.

Further details can be found in our Pay & Benefits section, but comprises a basic salary, supplemented by six-monthly formal appraisal-based bonus together with a structured length of service award. Successful candidates should relish the opportunities of such a salary structure.

At the time of writing, the Company offers an excellent holiday package starting at 28 days, and increasing to 38 days after length of service. This holiday entitlement is inclusive of bank and public holidays.

Induction & Training
