Notes
| | If you can find comparable products and/or services of the same quality, supplied on the same basis and at a price less than ours, we will
credit the difference. |
We
really do believe that we offer unbeatable value for money.
Unfortunately, it is all too easy for less scrupulous companies to
give the impression of providing comparable products and/or services
of the same quality, that are supplied on the same basis. This is often
not the case however.
Learn more about helping to ensure the integrity and competence of your
supplier in our guidance sheet on “Fire
Trade Cowboys”. Learn the difference between slick sales patter and
good effective promises in our guidance sheet on
“Slick Language - Spotting the
Spin”.
We strive hard to maintain our unbeatable value for money. However, if
you’ve got a valid claim under our price promise we want to know about it
and put the situation right!!
Simply run through our checklist below and
contact us to provide the documentation
requested. Assuming the information checks out we’ll aim to arrange a
credit note within five working days.
