The Company offers a very competitive basic salary, details of which
may appear in any adverts and are of course available from the Company upon request at the appropriate time. Please

On a six-monthly basis, we conduct formal appraisals. As part of our ethos,
we offer structured bonuses based upon the outcome of this process.
These bonuses are worth up to an additional 10% of your basic pay per
annum.
Successful
candidates should relish the opportunities of such a salary structure.
In addition to the factors appraised and rewarded as above, we also
recognise the value of experience. As such, our package also includes a
structured
length of service award which increases year on year in a prescribed
manner in line with your length of service. These bonuses are worth up
to an additional 10% of your basic pay per annum.
At the time of writing, the Company offers an excellent holiday package starting at 28 days, and increasing to 38 days after length of service. This holiday entitlement is inclusive of bank and public holidays.
A contributory pension scheme is available after a qualifying period
of employment and subject to the scheme’s rules.
